1- First turn on your phone's safe mode. You can follow these steps for this.
• Power off the phone
• Press and hold the power button
• As soon as the phone's name appears on the screen, leave the power button
• Press the volume down
• Hold it until the device restarts
• Now the watermark of Safe Mode will appear in the left of the phone
2- Go to settings after safe mode is activated. Tap on the app and then tap on downloaded. (Settings> Apps> Downloaded)
3- Check all apps in the downloaded, if there is an app in it that you did not download then it could be a virus
4- Tap on the app and tap the uninstall option as soon as it appears. After this reboot the phone.
5- If the virus is not deleted even after this, then go to Settings and tap on security then deactivate that app by going to Device administrator (Settings> Security> Device Administrators). After that go to settings and tap on the app then uninstall the app by going into the downloaded. (Settings> Apps> Downloaded)
