Information and Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that he said in his department that he would make a scheme. This scheme is such that women are allowed to work from home. The group of about 100 women, together, will form a platform and work together. They have given this information at a program of Rural BPO Promotion Scheme. BPOs have been started in Guwahati, Jorhat, Kohima and Imphal in the east.
